Commercial Litigation Attorneys

Overview

This role involves immediate openings for an Associate and Senior Counsel within the Commercial Litigation Practice Group at a national law firm with offices in all 50 states.

The ideal candidate is a driven, collaborative professional with strong litigation, writing, and persuasive advocacy skills, supported by an outstanding academic background and proven research capabilities. Independent work with minimal supervision is required. Trial experience is preferred but not required.

Licensure Requirement

Candidates must be licensed and admitted to practice in Pennsylvania and/or West Virginia.

Responsibilities

• Handle commercial litigation matters within the Commercial Litigation Practice Group
• Produce high-quality written work, including legal analysis and advocacy
• Conduct legal research and support case strategy development
• Work independently with minimal supervision
• Participate in forward-facing client interactions
• Manage appearances at hearings, depositions, and trials

Requirements

• Licensed and admitted to practice in Pennsylvania and/or West Virginia
• Demonstrated excellence in litigation, legal writing, persuasive advocacy, and research
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

• Trial experience (plus, but not required)
