Complex Litigation Attorneys

Overview

This role is based in the organization’s Cincinnati office and supports an expanding footprint. The employer offers flexible work options, including fully remote and hybrid opportunities. This position focuses on complex commercial litigation, class action litigation, and employment litigation.

Responsibilities

• Handle important aspects of litigation with limited supervision as a self-starter
• Conduct legal research, analysis, and writing
• Participate in sophisticated motion or appellate practice
• Handle deposition practice
• Provide superior client service

Requirements

• 2–5 years of substantial litigation experience
• Excellent academic background
• Proven skills in writing, analysis, and research
• Self-starter able to manage key litigation responsibilities with limited supervision
• Licensed in Ohio

Preferred Qualifications

• Proven track record that includes sophisticated motion or appellate practice and depositions
• Trial experience (preferred but not required)

Compensation & Benefits

• Eligibility for both discretionary and performance-based bonuses

• Pay range: USD $100,000.00 - USD $275,000.00 /Yr.
• National base salary ranges:
  • Associates (approximately 1–6+ years): $100,000–$165,000
  • Senior Counsel/Of Counsel (approximately 5 years or more): $140,000–$215,000
  • Partners (approximately 7 years or more): $190,000–$275,000+
• Actual compensation is tailored to the individual and may vary based on experience, skills, practice area, business generation, work arrangement, and geographic market.
