Overview
This role is fully remote and supports multiple office locations across the U.S. The position focuses on conflict-of-interest management and new business intake by conducting searches and maintaining accurate client and matter data to support ethical and compliant operations.
Responsibilities
- Perform conflict-of-interest searches on designated software systems for new clients, matters, internal hires, and updates.
- Conduct corporate family research.
- Maintain accurate data within conflict and financial management systems.
- Keep detailed search logs for all conflict searches.
- Complete additional clerical duties as required.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Minimum of three years’ experience in law firm conflicts or new business departments.
- Minimum of three years’ experience in record keeping or filing.
- Experience with automated conflicts and workflow systems preferred, including knowledge of Intapp Open.
- Background in corporate research or library work is a plus.
Compensation & Benefits
Pay Range (by location)
- Chicago: $50,000 to $60,000
- Los Angeles: $54,000 to $64,000
- Michigan Offices: $48,000 to $55,000
- Milwaukee: $50,000 to $60,000
- Minneapolis: $50,000 to $60,000
- Austin, Dallas, and Houston: $52,000 to $62,000
- San Antonio: $48,000 to $55,000
- Washington, D.C.: $52,000 to $62,000
Salary will be determined by location, skills, experience, education, market data, and internal equity.
