Contract Management Specialist

Overview

An organization is seeking a Contract Management Specialist to support a CLM migration and ongoing contracting needs across multiple operating companies.

A key focus of this role is hands-on support for migrating from LinkSquares to ContractPod AI. Experience supporting a CLM migration or implementation is required. Experience with ContractPod AI is preferred, particularly when paired with experience across both platforms.

The assignment also includes reviewing and negotiating NDAs across multiple businesses. Prior biotech, life sciences, or similar industry experience would be helpful for this portion of the work.

Responsibilities

• Support a major CLM migration from LinkSquares to ContractPod AI
• Provide ongoing support for contracting workflows across multiple operating companies
• Review and negotiate NDAs across multiple businesses
• Assist with contracting-related tasks as needed for the migration and ongoing contracting needs

Requirements

• Prior hands-on experience supporting a CLM migration or implementation
• Experience supporting migration/implementation work involving LinkSquares and ContractPod AI
• Ability to work 40 hours/week
• Availability for a project that starts ASAP and is ongoing
• Fully remote work

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience with ContractPod AI
• Experience across both platforms (LinkSquares and ContractPod AI)
• Biotech, life sciences, or similar industry experience, especially for NDA review and negotiation

Compensation & Benefits

• Hourly rate: expected to be between $43 – $62 for candidates located in NE/NW/West Coast regions
• Hourly rate: expected to be between $41 – $60 for candidates located in SE/MW/SW regions
• The range is an estimate; compensation will be based on qualifications, skills, relevant experience, specific client needs, project requirements, and other considerations permitted by law.
