CONTRACT Privacy Attorney

Overview

A global and highly diversified technology organization is seeking a Privacy Attorney for a long-term contract role. This position involves supporting the legal team with privacy-related matters primarily focused on drafting and reviewing provisions in SaaS agreements, marketing agreements, and software licensing contracts. There is potential to contribute to broader legal work depending on experience.

Responsibilities

• Draft and review privacy-related provisions in various agreements including SaaS, marketing, and software licensing
• Provide occasional support on litigation matters such as motions and briefs, if applicable
• Collaborate with the legal team on privacy compliance and related issues

Requirements

• Licensed attorney with strong expertise in privacy law
• Experience with SaaS agreements, marketing agreements, and software licensing
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting
• Availability for 20–40 hours per week on an ongoing contract basis

Preferred Qualifications

• Litigation experience is a plus, particularly in supporting motions and briefs
