CONTRACT2HIRE eDiscovery Advisor

Overview

A leading organization in eDiscovery and information governance is seeking a contract eDiscovery Advisor to support a high-priority project focused on eDiscovery and litigation support. This fully remote role involves collaborating with internal teams, clients, and business partners to provide strategic and technical support across complex engagements.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain trusted relationships with team members, clients, and business partners
• Support existing client relationships and engagements by identifying key issues and developing strategies and analyses
• Develop technical expertise in tools such as Ringtail, Office 365, and Relativity
• Manage the technical (non-legal) aspects of ongoing engagements
• Contribute to the development and protection of the organization's brand
• Deliver high-quality work on time, within scope, and budget
• Support business development initiatives, including responding to requests for proposals (RFPs)
• Assist with direct and indirect marketing efforts such as articles, speeches, webinars, and conferences
• Respond promptly to client service requests
• Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

• Proven skills in technical support, client management, project planning, and facilitation
• Solid understanding of business operations
• Excellent organizational, written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
• Strong presentation abilities
• Outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to thrive in a high-energy, fast-paced environment
• Technology proficient with excellent computer skills, including Microsoft Office
• Some experience in eDiscovery and information governance within a law firm, consulting advisory firm, or corporate management function
• Experience working with remote teams
• Ability to travel up to 25% domestically and internationally
• Bachelor's degree in business or a related field preferred

Compensation

• Expected salary range: $100,000 - $150,000, commensurate with experience, training, skills, qualifications, and market factors

• Fully remote position
• Ability to travel up to 25% including international travel
