Overview
This role supports the Senior Contracts Manager with day-to-day administration, coordination, and document production for the organization’s contracts function. The Contracts team operates as a single-person legal and contracts department, covering a broad remit including client agreements, vendor contracts, procurement responses, employment matters, and corporate policy.
This is a remote role with no regular in-office expectation. Candidates based in or near Atlanta, GA are preferred because there may be rare occasions requiring an in-person signature or document handoff at the Atlanta office; this is a preference, not a requirement.
Responsibilities
Contract Administration

- Convert, clean, and reformat documents received from counterparties (PDFs, legacy formats, poorly formatted redlines) into working documents
Process Coordination
- Triage inbound contract requests from the sales team, gather required context, and route to the Director with a clear summary and relevant background
- Track open items across active negotiations and follow up with internal stakeholders (sales, Finance, Advisory Services) to gather inputs the Director needs to respond to redlines
