Contracts Manager

Overview

This role supports efforts to reduce confusion in healthcare experiences, provide clarity for stakeholders, support better decision-making, and streamline processes to improve patient care while reducing costs and burden.

Responsibilities

• Apply service design and user-centered thinking to understand the “why” behind healthcare journeys for patients, caregivers, providers, payers, and policymakers.
• Design and build solutions intended to:
  • Reduce confusion
  • Provide clarity
  • Support decision-making
  • Streamline healthcare processes
• Contribute in a team-oriented, remote-first environment with an emphasis on open communication and mutual respect.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver exceptional customer service to clients.

Requirements

• US Citizenship or Green Card only (no sponsorship)
• US Residency for at least the past 3 years
• Able to meet the requirements to hold a position of Public Trust, including successful completion of a US Government background investigation
• Medical or recreational marijuana use is considered illegal at the federal level, regardless of state laws allowing such, and may affect your ability to obtain Public Trust
