Contracts Paralegal

Overview

This is a fully remote contract paralegal role supporting the commercial contract function within the organization’s in-house legal department.

Responsibilities

• Administer the full lifecycle of commercial contracts.
• Develop and maintain standardized contract templates, playbooks, and clause libraries.
• Conduct periodic audits to assess contract terms and renegotiation opportunities.
• Draft and negotiate a range of agreements, including website terms, privacy policies, talent releases, manufacturing, technology services, professional services, influencer, and product agreements.
• Support corporate maintenance activities, including entity management, governance filings, and record-keeping.

Requirements

• Ability to draft, revise, and proofread routine contracts.
• Proficiency with contract-management tools and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to work independently with sound judgment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality and deadlines.
• High accountability, self-motivation, and organizational skills.
• Experience with large language model platforms for contract work.
• Bachelor’s Degree.
• Minimum 5 years of commercial contracting experience in-house, at a law firm, or both.
• Paralegal certification preferred.

• Paralegal certification.

Compensation & Benefits

• Base salary range: $65,000 to $85,000, plus annual and monthly KPI bonus potential.
• Salary may vary by state and is based on experience, skills, qualifications, and location.
