Corporate Counsel

Overview

A legal professional is sought to serve as Corporate Counsel focused on training AI models. This role involves assessing the progress of AI chatbots by presenting them with diverse legal problems, evaluating their reasoning and outputs, and identifying ways to improve model quality.

Responsibilities

• Present AI chatbots with complex and varied legal scenarios
• Evaluate AI-generated responses for accuracy and performance

Requirements

• Completed or in-progress law degree
• Minimum of 5 years of legal experience
• Fluency in English at native or bilingual level
• Expertise in any of the following legal areas is relevant: corporate law, criminal law, civil litigation, constitutional law, administrative law, environmental law, family law, intellectual property law, tax law, labor and employment law, immigration law, real estate law, health law, entertainment law, human rights law, international law, cybersecurity and privacy law, contract law, securities law, bankruptcy law, alternative dispute resolution
