Corporate Counsel

Overview

A fast-growing healthcare technology organization is seeking a Corporate Counsel to provide strategic legal advice and transactional support across multiple healthcare brands. This role involves advising commercial teams on enterprise agreements, interpreting legal and regulatory developments, and contributing to product strategy and internal policies.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert legal counsel to various healthcare brands within the organization
• Develop and contribute to internal governance policies considering external regulatory factors
• Evaluate company decisions to support strategic goals while managing legal risks
• Advise on legal matters within a rapidly evolving healthcare regulatory environment
• Anticipate legal issues and present proactive solutions to business challenges
• Collaborate with external counsel, clients, and regulatory advisors on diverse legal topics
• Analyze complex legal and business matters that intersect multiple disciplines
• Monitor key regulatory changes and keep executive leadership informed of potential impacts

Requirements

• Juris Doctorate degree and active law license in good standing in at least one U.S. state
• Minimum of 4 years of relevant legal experience, preferably in healthcare, data privacy, and transactional law
• Experience with pharmacy or pharmacy benefit management (PBM) practices is a significant plus
• Strong understanding of legal issues affecting healthcare technology entities
• Ability to develop legal policies aligned with business objectives
• Consultative problem-solving approach to support internal clients and advise leadership
• Detail-oriented with experience reviewing complex contracts and drafting clear, concise language
• Versatility to handle a wide range of contracts, from SaaS agreements to vendor contracts
• Familiarity with technology licensing and AI regulatory applications is advantageous

Compensation & Benefits

• Competitive salary range: $200,000 to $235,000 annually
