Corporate Counsel, Stores and Ops Legal

Overview

The organization is seeking a Corporate Counsel to support a team focused on shopping experiences and customer-focused innovation.

This role provides legal guidance on new feature and product development, with advice spanning areas such as privacy matters. You will help develop practical, business-centric strategies for handling legal issues.

Responsibilities

• Advise on complex issues, including privacy and other regulatory matters
• Provide day-to-day, customer-focused legal guidance
• Partner effectively with business, department, and cross-functional stakeholders
• Support and develop strategic thinking among business leaders

Basic Qualifications

• 5+ years of post-bar admission legal experience
• Juris Doctor and membership in one state bar or equivalent

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience managing multiple projects and meeting aggressive deadlines
• Experience in Privacy Law
• Experience working closely with and advising senior executives of an organization or equivalent
• Experience across both corporate law firm and in-house environments

Compensation & Benefits

Base salary range (final compensation determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location):

• USA, NY, New York: 169,300.00 - 229,000.00 USD annually
• USA, VA, Arlington: 153,900.00 - 208,200.00 USD annually
• USA, WA, SEATTLE: 153,900.00 - 208,200.00 USD annually

Compensation package includes sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs).
