The organization is seeking experienced corporate attorneys for remote, in-house flexible contract engagement opportunities with client legal teams. Ideal candidates bring 5+ years of experience across a broad range of transactional and corporate matters, including drafting, reviewing, and negotiating sophisticated commercial agreements; advising on entity formation, governance, and compliance; and supporting corporate finance and growth initiatives.

Technology, healthcare, or financial services experience is highly valued, though attorneys from other industries with similarly broad corporate practices are also encouraged to apply.

Requirements

5+ years of corporate in-house experience
Prior experience with a broad range of corporate transactions, including drafting and reviewing commercial contracts and managing corporate entities
Excellent analytical, written, verbal, and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
Licensed to practice law
Excellent academic credentials from an ABA-accredited law school
Outstanding professional references

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in technology, healthcare, or financial services

Compensation & Benefits

Annualized pay (full-time basis): $150,000 to $200,000
Contract engagement pay is based on multiple factors, including work experience, qualifications, credentials, location, market supply/demand, and candidate preference (which can affect client bill rate and competitiveness).
Complimentary professional liability insurance coverage for attorneys and other legal professionals working on contract engagements.
For employees working 20+ hours per week: eligibility for full benefits, including group medical, dental, and vision insurance, plus complimentary group life, LTD, and AD&D insurance.
Qualified 401k plan is also available.
Benefits-eligible attorneys receive a CLE and Professional Expense stipend.
