Corporate & M&A Attorney, Part-Time AI Legal Training - Remote (United States)

Overview

• Compensation: $140–$350 per hour (independent contractor)
• Schedule: Part-time; fully flexible schedule
• Work location: 100% remote; United States

This role involves using your existing legal judgment to help train and evaluate AI systems used for corporate and commercial law scenarios.

Responsibilities

• Analyze deal and dispute scenarios across M&A, capital markets, private equity, and commercial litigation
• Draft, review, and annotate deal documents and litigation materials
• Write structured summaries of key facts, arguments, and corporate law issues for AI training
• Review model answers for accuracy, consistency, and practical legal usefulness, and explain unclear or incorrect reasoning

Requirements

• J.D. from an accredited institution or an international equivalent, with active bar membership or equivalent authorization to practice law
• At least three years of legal practice in mergers and acquisitions, corporate law, private equity, capital markets, or commercial litigation
• Experience drafting and reviewing transactional documents or litigation materials, with clear English communication

Preferred Qualifications

• No AI experience needed—training on the tools is provided.
