Corporate/M&A Senior Associate

Overview

This is a full-time attorney role in the Corporate/M&A practice group based in the US. The position involves working closely with a Corporate/M&A partner on a range of transactions.

Responsibilities

• Support deal-making work representing buyers and sellers across a variety of industries
• Work on corporate and M&A matters, including joint ventures
• Advise founders and significant investors in transactions valued at $1b +
• Assist with middle market transactions valued between $50m and $1b
• Support representations of investment managers and wealth management platforms on spinouts and rollups
• Contribute to matters within the Corporate group, including Investment Management, Finance, Crypto and fintech, Cyber security and data privacy, and Tax

Requirements

• 4–8 years of experience in Corporate and M&A/joint ventures law at an AM Law 100 firm
• Experience across a variety of transaction structures, including joint ventures
