Overview

This role is fully remote, with the requirement that you are a California barred attorney. Work location: fully remote—work from anywhere in the U.S.

Position: Employment Law Associate
Salary: Up to $180,000
Experience Required: 1+ years in employment litigation

Responsibilities

• Handle a variety of employment litigation matters, including wrongful termination, discrimination, wage & hour, and harassment claims
• Collaborate closely with lead attorneys on case strategy, litigation milestones, and client communications
• Draft legal documents, manage discovery, and take depositions
• Support rapid response matters and workplace investigations
• Strategically manage and drive cases forward with autonomy and support

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience in employment litigation
• Excellent research, writing, and oral advocacy skills
• Self-motivated with strong time management skills
• Admitted to practice law in California
