Environmental/Toxic Tort Attorneys

Overview

This role involves Toxic Tort litigation for the Orange County office. Candidates should have 3+ years of general liability, silica defense, and/or asbestos defense experience. The position covers all facets and phases of litigation, with an emphasis on management of asbestos and silica litigation.

Depending on the candidate, remote work may be an option.

Candidates must be licensed and admitted to practice in the state of California.

Responsibilities

• Handle all facets and phases of litigation, including case management for asbestos and silica matters
• Provide legal counseling and litigation support
• Manage significant client contact in a fast-paced environment
• Conduct research and draft written work product
• Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders throughout the litigation process

Requirements

• 3+ years of general liability, silica defense, and/or asbestos defense experience
• Solid knowledge of counseling and litigation
• Ability to handle significant client contact in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent academic background with strong interpersonal skills
• Strong writing, research, and communication skills
• Commitment to superior client service

Compensation & Benefits

• Pay range: USD $100,000.00 - USD $275,000.00 /Yr.
• Discretionary and performance-based bonuses eligibility

Actual compensation is tailored to each individual and may vary based on experience, skills, practice area, business generation, work arrangement, and geographic market.
