Experienced Case Manager - Remote

Overview

This role supports a growing personal injury team as a Bilingual Experienced Case Manager (Experienced). The position is Full Time and fully remote.

• Pay Range: $25.00/hour - $40.00/hour
• Must be bilingual in Spanish

Responsibilities

Core duties and responsibilities include the following (other duties may be assigned):

• Interview new clients
• Set up appointments with new clients
• Collect all possible information, evidence, and documentation to build clients’ cases
• Maintain strict compliance with the schedule of assigned appointments
• Use the firm’s software system (training will be provided)
• Scan required documentation and save it into the firm’s system
• Generate weekly/monthly reports with results for all assigned tasks
• Schedule medical treatment for clients
• Assist clients with vehicle repairs
• Conduct frequent follow-ups with clients regarding case status

• 1 year of stable work experience required

Experience

• Must have 3+ years of experience as a Case Manager at a Personal Injury Firm (or equivalent)
