Experienced Work Comp Attorney

Overview

A legal team is seeking a full-time Workers' Compensation Defense Attorney to work remotely or in a hybrid setting. This role offers strong professional and administrative support and is ideal for a self-starter capable of growing their business.

Responsibilities

• Provide defense counsel in workers' compensation cases.
• Manage client relationships with excellent communication and service.
• Develop and grow business opportunities within the workers' compensation defense area.

Requirements

• 5-6 years of experience in Workers’ Compensation defense.
• Active California State Bar license in good standing.
• Strong communication and client service skills.

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary range: $160,000 - $200,000+ depending on experience and qualifications.
