Expert Opportunity - Contract Negotiator ($100/hr, up to $2,000/week)

Overview

This role supports a foundational AI lab by helping train a language model on professional document, spreadsheet, and slide deck tasks.

Contract negotiators will review and negotiate commercial agreements and contribute to creating, evaluating, and refining AI-generated documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks across core workflows.

Responsibilities

• Review and negotiate commercial agreements
• Create and refine AI-generated outputs for professional document, spreadsheet, and slide deck tasks, including:
  • Commercial contract redlines
  • Due-diligence issue lists and memos
  • Clause-risk analyses
  • NDA and vendor-agreement review
  • Negotiation position summaries
  • Obligation and renewal trackers

Requirements

• 4+ years as a transactional attorney or contracts manager reviewing commercial agreements
• Direct ownership of redlining, negotiating, or diligence-reviewing contracts
• Expert-level document, spreadsheet, and slide craftsmanship, with excellent written communication and attention to detail

Compensation & Benefits

• $100/hour

Commitment

• Flexible: 5–20 hours per week (or more if desired)
