Expert Opportunity - Contract Negotiator ($100/hr, up to $2,000/week)

Overview

A leading foundational AI lab is seeking experienced contract negotiators to assist in training their latest language model. The role involves creating, evaluating, and refining AI-generated professional documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks related to commercial agreements and workflows.

Responsibilities

• Review and negotiate commercial agreements
• Create and refine AI-generated documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks
• Work on core workflows including:
  • Commercial contract redlines
  • Due-diligence issue lists and memos
  • Clause-risk analyses
  • NDA and vendor-agreement review
  • Negotiation position summaries
  • Obligation and renewal trackers

Requirements

• Minimum 4 years of experience as a transactional attorney or contracts manager reviewing commercial agreements
• Direct ownership of redlining, negotiating, or diligence-reviewing contracts
• Expert-level skills in document, spreadsheet, and slide creation
• Excellent written communication and strong attention to detail

Compensation & Commitment

• $100 per hour
• Flexible commitment of 5-20 hours per week, with the option for more
• Fully remote position with the ability to work on your own schedule
• Immediate start date available
