Expert Opportunity - Contracts Attorney / Legal Diligence & Redlines ($100/hr, up to $2,000/week)

Overview

A leading foundational AI lab is seeking experienced contracts attorneys to assist in training their latest language model on professional document, spreadsheet, and slide deck tasks. This role involves creating, evaluating, and refining AI-generated materials related to commercial agreements.

Responsibilities

• Review and negotiate commercial agreements
• Create and refine AI-generated documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks
• Work on core workflows including:
  • Commercial contract redlines
  • Due-diligence issue lists and memos
  • Clause-risk analyses
  • NDA and vendor-agreement review
  • Negotiation position summaries
  • Obligation and renewal trackers

Requirements

• Minimum 4 years of experience as a transactional attorney or contracts manager reviewing commercial agreements
• Direct ownership of redlining, negotiating, or diligence-reviewing contracts
• Expert-level skills in document, spreadsheet, and slide creation
• Excellent written communication and strong attention to detail

Compensation & Commitment

• $100 per hour
• Flexible commitment of 5-20 hours per week, with the option for more
• Fully remote position with the ability to work on your own schedule
• Immediate start date available
