Expert Opportunity - Legal Operations Manager ($100/hr, up to $2,000/week)

Overview

A leading foundational AI lab is seeking experienced legal operations managers to assist in training their latest language model on professional document, spreadsheet, and slide deck tasks. This role involves creating, evaluating, and refining AI-generated materials related to commercial agreements and legal workflows.

Responsibilities

• Review and negotiate commercial agreements
• Create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks
• Work on core workflows including:
  • Commercial contract redlines
  • Due-diligence issue lists and memos
  • Clause-risk analyses
  • NDA and vendor-agreement review
  • Negotiation position summaries
  • Obligation and renewal trackers

Requirements

• Minimum 4 years of experience as a transactional attorney or contracts manager reviewing commercial agreements
• Direct ownership of redlining, negotiating, or diligence-reviewing contracts
• Expert-level skills in document, spreadsheet, and slide creation
• Excellent written communication and strong attention to detail

Compensation & Commitment

• $100 per hour
• Flexible commitment of 5-20 hours per week, with the option for more hours if desired
