Expert Opportunity - Senior Counsel ($100/hr, up to $2,000/week)

Overview

A leading foundational AI lab is seeking experienced senior counsel to assist in training their latest language model focused on professional document, spreadsheet, and slide deck tasks.

Responsibilities

• Create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks related to core workflows
• Review and redline commercial contracts
• Prepare due-diligence issue lists and memos
• Conduct clause-risk analyses
• Review NDAs and vendor agreements
• Summarize negotiation positions
• Track obligations and renewals

Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years of experience as a transactional attorney or contracts manager reviewing commercial agreements
• Direct responsibility for redlining, negotiating, or diligence-reviewing contracts
• Expert-level skills in document, spreadsheet, and slide creation and editing
• Excellent written communication and strong attention to detail

Compensation & Commitment

• $100 per hour
• Flexible commitment of 5-20 hours per week, with the option for additional hours

• Fully remote position with flexible scheduling
