Expert Opportunity - Trademark Paralegal Manager ($100/hr, up to $2,000/week)

Overview

A leading foundational AI lab is seeking experienced trademark paralegal managers to assist in training their latest language model. The role involves creating, evaluating, and refining AI-generated professional documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks related to trademark and copyright law workflows.

Responsibilities

• Develop and review documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks across key trademark and copyright workflows including:
  • Trademark clearance and registrability opinions
  • Office-action responses
  • Copyright infringement and fair-use analyses
  • Licensing and assignment agreement review
  • Cease-and-desist correspondence
  • Portfolio and docket tracking

Requirements

• Licensed attorney with 4+ years of experience practicing trademark and/or copyright law at a law firm or in-house intellectual property team
• Direct responsibility for drafting or reviewing trademark filings, office-action responses, or infringement opinions
• Expert-level skills in document, spreadsheet, and slide creation with excellent written communication and strong attention to detail

Compensation & Commitment

• $100 per hour
• Flexible commitment of 5-20 hours per week, with the option to work more if desired
• Fully remote position with the ability to work on your own schedule
• Immediate start date available
