Family Law Paralegal - Remote - CA residents only

Overview

A law firm specializing in family law, business litigation, and estate planning is seeking an experienced Family Law Paralegal to join their team remotely. This role involves supporting a small team of attorneys (maximum two) focused on family law litigation.

Responsibilities

• Assist attorneys in drafting pleadings, declarations, disclosures, interrogatories, discovery requests, motions, proposed orders, and stipulations under attorney supervision
• Manage complex family law litigation cases, including divorce, custody, and support issues
• Handle sophisticated, high-asset cases
• Apply in-depth knowledge of local county rules (at least 1-2 counties)
• Utilize Microsoft Office, Excel, and Adobe software proficiently

Requirements

• Minimum 7 years of legal experience with a strong emphasis on family law litigation
• Experience with high-asset and complex family law cases
• Familiarity with local county rules relevant to family law litigation
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Excel, and Adobe

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary range: $75,000 - $120,000 per year
