Overview

A legal services platform is seeking experienced Family Law attorneys licensed in Texas to join on a flexible, contract basis. The role focuses exclusively on drafting, reviewing, and advising clients on prenuptial and postnuptial agreements. All work can be performed remotely.

Responsibilities

• Draft and review prenuptial agreements tailored to clients' unique financial situations
• Advise clients on prenuptial best practices, compliance, and potential legal implications
• Collaborate with internal teams and external legal partners to ensure seamless client experiences
• Maintain confidentiality and discretion while managing sensitive client information
• Stay updated on family law trends related to prenups, asset protection, and related matters
• Provide timely and insightful responses to client inquiries via the platform

Requirements

• Licensed attorney in Texas and in good standing
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in family law, specifically in drafting and reviewing prenuptial agreements
• Responsive, organized, and client-focused
