Overview

A leading online legal service platform is seeking to expand its network of Legal Professionals across the United States. This remote, independent contractor role involves providing legal information to individuals and small to midsize businesses through a technology platform that connects Legal Pros with customers seeking assistance.

Responsibilities

• Work remotely with customers referred directly to you, scheduling consultations at mutually convenient times.
• Provide legal information through brief, written responses using an online "Ask a Legal Pro" service.
• Conduct scheduled 20-minute live consultations with customers via phone.
• Maintain a customer-first approach, ensuring high satisfaction and successful resolution of legal inquiries.

Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of practical experience advising individuals and businesses in your legal specialty.
• Active license in at least one U.S. state, in good standing with the state bar, with no prior public disciplinary actions.
• Comfortable using technology and able to quickly learn and utilize the platform's tools.
• Strong verbal communication skills for effective consultations via phone or video conference.
