Immigration Attorney, Part-Time AI Legal Evaluation - Remote (United States)

This role involves working on legal AI systems that are trained and tested by real legal professionals. Immigration attorneys are needed to evaluate realistic legal scenarios, assess whether AI-generated content is accurate and useful, draft the type of legal answer a practitioner would provide, and explain where outputs fall short.

Responsibilities

• Assess AI-generated immigration documents and case scenarios to confirm they meet legal requirements and hold up in practice
• Draft and edit immigration memoranda and briefs as expert legal content
• Use professional legal databases and research tools to investigate U.S. immigration questions
• Evaluate AI-generated legal outputs and provide precise, actionable feedback on what needs improvement
• Check that details in AI outputs are correct and complete for practical use

Requirements

• Hold an active law license with strong expertise in U.S. immigration law
• Significant experience advising clients on complex immigration matters in a BigLaw setting
• Fluent in English, with ability to:
  • Write clearly
  • Analyze legal issues
  • Conduct legal research
• Experience using document review and case management technology

Preferred Qualifications

• No AI experience required; expertise in immigration law is the primary qualification. Training on the tools will be provided.
