This role is for an In-House Counsel to serve as the primary internal legal advisor and strategic partner. The position works closely with executive leadership and the Board of Directors (BOD) to protect the organization’s interests, manage legal risk, and oversee corporate legal operations.
You will function as a true generalist, handling day-to-day commercial contracting and HR compliance while also serving as the single point of contact for external counsel. A key responsibility includes attending executive and board-level meetings as counsel of record to help establish and preserve attorney-client privilege.
