Labor and Employment Attorney

Overview

A legal professional is sought to contribute expertise in labor and employment law by training AI models. This role involves assessing AI chatbot performance, analyzing their legal reasoning, and addressing issues to enhance model quality. Candidates must have completed or be pursuing a law degree and possess expert-level legal reasoning skills.

Responsibilities

• Present AI chatbots with diverse and complex legal problems
• Evaluate AI-generated outputs for accuracy and effectiveness
• Measure and report on the progress and quality of AI models

Requirements

• Law degree graduate (completed or in progress)
• Minimum of 5 years of legal experience
• Fluency in English at a native or bilingual level
• Expertise in labor and employment law is essential; backgrounds in other legal fields such as corporate, criminal, civil litigation, constitutional, administrative, environmental, family, intellectual property, tax, immigration, real estate, health, entertainment, human rights, international, cybersecurity and privacy, contract, securities, bankruptcy law, or alternative dispute resolution are also considered

Compensation & Benefits

• Hourly pay starting at $50-$60 USD
