Labor and Employment Attorney

Overview

A legal professional is sought to contribute expertise in labor and employment law by training AI models. This role involves assessing AI chatbot performance, analyzing their legal reasoning, and enhancing model quality through problem-solving.

Responsibilities

• Present AI chatbots with diverse and complex legal scenarios
• Evaluate AI-generated responses for accuracy and effectiveness
• Monitor and measure AI model progress and performance

Requirements

• Completed or in-progress law degree
• Minimum of 5 years of legal experience
• Fluency in English at a native or bilingual level
