Labor and Employment Attorney

Overview

A legal professional is sought to contribute expertise in labor and employment law to the training and evaluation of AI models. This role involves assessing AI chatbot performance by presenting complex legal scenarios and analyzing the accuracy and logic of their responses.

Responsibilities

• Present diverse and complex legal problems to AI chatbots
• Evaluate AI-generated outputs for correctness and overall quality

Requirements

• Law degree completed or in progress
• Minimum of 5 years of legal experience
• Fluency in English at a native or bilingual level
• Expertise in labor and employment law; backgrounds in other legal fields such as corporate, criminal, civil litigation, constitutional, administrative, environmental, family, intellectual property, tax, immigration, real estate, health, entertainment, human rights, international, cybersecurity and privacy, contract, securities, bankruptcy, or alternative dispute resolution are also relevant
• Must be located in the United States
