A nationally recognized leader in employment law is seeking a seasoned Labor & Employment Attorney to join its elite employment group. This fully remote position supports sophisticated employer-side clients across California.

Responsibilities

• Handle complex, high-value Employment Practices Liability Insurance (EPLI) matters
• Collaborate with a premier national team specializing in employment law
• Manage a billable hour requirement between 1500 and 1750 hours annually
• Provide high-caliber litigation services to employer clients

Requirements

• Minimum of 6 years of employment litigation experience
• Must reside in California and be actively barred to practice law in California

Compensation & Benefits

• Base salary ranging from $200,000 to $240,000 depending on experience
