Lawyer

Overview

An international product-based IT organization (400+ employees) specializing in the iGaming industry is seeking a Lawyer to support legal work across multiple jurisdictions.

Responsibilities

• Work with payment systems and subcontractors.
• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and other legal documents, including templates, legal opinions, correspondence, and analytical reports.
• Assist with opening bank accounts across multiple jurisdictions worldwide.

Requirements

• Full legal qualification.
• 2+ years of experience as an in-house lawyer or legal counsel.
• Fluent English (written and spoken).
• Hands-on experience working with legal frameworks of Cyprus, the EU, the UK, or other international jurisdictions.
• Solid understanding of regulatory and compliance requirements, including AML and licensing matters.
• Practical experience providing day-to-day corporate legal support across multiple jurisdictions, including employment, commercial lease, and software distribution matters.
• Strong contract drafting, legal writing, and analytical skills, with exceptional attention to detail.

Location

Remote work or working from one of the offices in Cyprus, Portugal, or Poland, with the equipment required for the role.
