Legal Advisor

Overview

This role involves hiring experienced Employment & Labor Law Legal Domain Experts (U.S.) to support advanced AI evaluation and legal research projects.

Responsibilities

• Conduct U.S. employment law research
• Evaluate AI-generated legal responses for accuracy and legal reasoning
• Verify citations and identify incorrect or unsupported claims
• Analyze federal vs. state legal requirements
• Provide detailed feedback and develop evaluation criteria for AI systems
• Review employment-related legal documents and analyze case law/regulations

Requirements

• 3+ years of relevant Employment & Labor Law experience
• Strong knowledge of U.S. Federal & State employment laws
• Expertise in FLSA, FMLA, wage & hour regulations, restrictive covenants, employment compliance & advisory
• Strong legal research, statutory interpretation, legal drafting, and citation verification skills
• Experience reviewing employment-related legal documents and analyzing case law/regulations

Preferred Qualifications

• Active or previous U.S. Bar admission
