Legal AI Architect, Intake Specialist

Overview

Fully remote role supporting plaintiff law firms that use the organization’s AI platform.

This position oversees intake process technology and integrations for plaintiff law firms. The role customizes and optimizes each firm’s AI-driven intake workflows (including voice agents and lead routing) to align with that firm’s procedures. You will manage technical build work and maintain client relationships during onboarding, directly impacting client intake success and case initiation efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Customize voice agent call flows, firm knowledge bases, objection handling, and intake questions for each firm.
• Configure transfer rules, staff directories, and call/lead scoring criteria according to firm operations.
• Establish and execute phone system and CRM integrations, including e-signature solutions.
• Define standards and checkpoints for a fully onboarded intake process.
• Develop training materials and documentation to support team scalability.
• Manage a portfolio of intake-focused client accounts, including specialized setups.

Requirements

• Juris Doctor degree or substantial legal operations experience at a plaintiff's firm.
• Practical understanding of intake processes, including call flows and lead qualification.
• Ability to translate operational workflows into technical configurations for AI-driven systems.
• Experience documenting and systematizing processes.
• Strong collaboration skills with client success managers, engineering teams, and client firms.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with legal intake or voice AI platforms such as RingCentral, Clio Grow, Lead Docket, or Smart Advocate.
• Consulting experience related to legal or intake operations.
• Experience training non-technical teams on new workflows or tools.

• US Salary Range: $140,000—$170,000 USD
