Legal Assistant

Overview

The organization is seeking experienced U.S. attorneys and legal professionals to help evaluate and improve advanced AI legal research and reasoning systems.

Responsibilities

• Conduct U.S. legal research and statutory/case-law analysis
• Review and fact-check AI-generated legal answers
• Verify citations and authoritative sources
• Identify incorrect legal reasoning and jurisdictional issues
• Draft and/or review legal memoranda and documents
• Provide expert feedback and evaluation criteria for AI systems

Qualifications

• 3–8 years of relevant U.S. legal experience
• Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills
• Expertise in one or more listed practice areas
• Ability to independently analyze complex legal questions
• U.S. Bar admission; JD/LL.M. preferred

Preferred Qualifications

• AI/LegalTech or legal-content evaluation experience is a plus
