Legal Consultant - Employment

Overview

A legal services organization is seeking mid-senior level employment lawyers to provide legal support to APAC HR functions and advise on employment-related legal matters for Fortune 500 clients.

Responsibilities

• Provide subject matter legal advice on employment law matters including employee relations, workplace policies, terminations, and compliance with labor laws.
• Draft, review, and negotiate employment contracts, severance agreements, and other employment-related documents.
• Assist in resolving employment disputes, including handling grievances, mediations, and representing the organization in employment-related litigation.

Minimum Qualifications

• Qualified lawyer with a minimum of 3 years of experience in employment law, preferably from corporate environments, financial institutions, or law firms.
• Excellent communication skills.
