Legal Consultant - M&A (Merger & Acquisition)

Overview

A legal services organization is seeking experienced lawyers with strong M&A expertise to join their bench and support major corporate clients, including Fortune 500 companies.

Responsibilities

• Provide legal support for mergers and acquisitions (M&A) activities
• Support other corporate transactions as needed

Requirements

• 5 to 10+ years post-qualification experience (PQE) with a focus on M&A
• Experience from either law firms or in-house legal teams is acceptable
