Legal Consultant - M&A (Part-time)

Overview

A legal services organization is seeking part-time Legal Consultants with M&A experience to support clients in various transactions.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support mergers and acquisitions (M&A) and other corporate transactions
• Conduct due diligence
• Draft, negotiate, and close transaction documents
• Collaborate with external counsel as needed

Requirements

• Approximately 5-10 years post-qualification experience (PQE) advising or supporting M&A transactions
• Experience working with financial institutions, corporates, or law firms
