Overview

This role involves providing legal expertise to support AI systems that work with frontier models. Subject-matter experts contribute remotely and can work independently.

Responsibilities

• Apply hands-on practice experience to help shape how frontier models reason about contracts, disputes, and regulatory obligations.
• Stress-test model outputs using the types of questions a practicing lawyer would ask, identifying where analysis may sound fluent but is incorrect.
• Help define what a genuinely expert legal answer looks like.

Requirements

• Substantial hands-on experience in litigation, corporate and securities, intellectual property, tax, or regulatory and compliance work.
• Strong command of legal analysis and the judgment behind it.
• Clear, precise written English.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bar admission is a plus.

Compensation & Benefits

• Paid hourly between $80 and $200 depending on experience level.
• Independent contractor.

Location & Work Details

• Fully remote; set your own hours.
