Overview

Legal Scopist – Remote (Israel)

This role involves working remotely as a legal scopist, with the flexibility to create your own schedule while remaining part of a supportive team environment.

A minimum commitment of at least 25 hours per week is required, Sunday–Thursday.

Responsibilities

• Review and proofread legal transcripts and related materials
• Apply strong U.S. spelling, grammar, and punctuation standards
• Maintain exceptional attention to detail and quality in submitted assignments
• Work reliably during assigned hours with a focus on accuracy and consistency

Requirements

• Typing speed of at least 50 WPM
• Excellent U.S. spelling, grammar, and punctuation skills
• Exceptional listening skills
• Attention to detail
• Legally eligible to work from Israel

Computer Requirements

• Windows-based PC running Windows 10 or higher
• Microsoft Word 2013 or newer or Office 365
• Consistent and reliable access to high-speed internet connection

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary dependent on typing speed, number of hours worked per week, and focus during work hours
• Typical earnings: 30–50 NIS/hour, sometimes more depending on speed
• Hired as a salaried Israel employee with full benefits and paid by direct deposit each month

Onboarding

Selected candidates will complete an onboarding process that includes:

• Completion of required paperwork
• Computer setup
• Familiarizing yourself with the programs used for the role

Additional onboarding information will be provided to selected candidates.

Work Availability

Work is available for new candidates now and on an ongoing basis.
Priority for work is given to scopists who maintain excellent quality standards in the submission of assignments.
