Litigation Associate Attorney

Overview

The employer is seeking an associate with a minimum of 5 years of litigation experience. Experience with public entity litigation is preferred.

This position offers a reasonably expected pay scale of $137,000 - $185,000, depending on the selected candidate’s years of practice and experience.

Responsibilities

• Take initiative in the handling of cases
• Draft dispositive motions
• Take and defend depositions
• Provide strong written work product and analytical support for litigation matters

Requirements

• Admitted to practice in California
• Minimum of 5 years of litigation experience
• Excellent writing and analytical skills
• Strong academic credentials

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with public entity litigation

Compensation & Benefits

• $137,000 - $185,000 reasonably expected pay scale
• Actual salary within the range will depend on the selected candidate’s years of practice and experience

Location

Offices are located throughout California, as well as Oregon and Washington, D.C.
