This role is with a collections-focused law firm seeking multiple Litigation Attorneys at both the Managing and Senior levels.

Salary: $90000-150000/Yr
Job Location: Remote, Pennsylvania (Remote United States)

Work is primarily remote, with onsite court appearances.

Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload from beginning to end
• Handle litigation, including motion practice and discovery
• Participate in trial-related work
• Conduct document review and execution
• Communicate with clients and meet client processing requirements

Requirements

• Collections litigation experience required
• Licensed to practice in the state of Pensylvania
