Litigation Attorney

Overview

The organization is seeking an exceptional Litigation Attorney to join its California general litigation team. This role manages cases throughout all phases of litigation, including preparation for trial. Strong oral and written advocacy skills are required, along with good judgment and initiative.

This position is remote and based out of Northern CA.

Responsibilities

• Manage cases throughout all phases of litigation, including preparing for trial
• Prepare and handle litigation work end-to-end, from inception through completion
• Provide excellent oral advocacy and written advocacy
• Exercise sound judgment and take initiative in case management

Requirements

• California admission required; must be admitted to practice in CA
• 4–7 years of defense litigation experience
• Hands-on experience taking a case file from inception through completion

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of products liability, toxic tort, and/or general liability law
