Litigation Attorney

Overview

This role is with a Performing Rights Organization and is seeking a lawyer with 5+ years’ experience who is licensed in New York.

Opportunity Details

• Engagement length: 16 month engagement starting as soon as possible

• Work hours: Full-time
• Pricing model: Hourly
• Budget: $100 - $120 per hour

Responsibilities

• Independently manage an ongoing caseload of small-to-medium scale litigation matters concurrently
• Follow a structured approach to litigation and managing cases at-scale
• Support Litigation, Arbitration & Disputes needs as part of the engagement

Requirements

• Licensed to practice in New York state
• 5+ years’ experience
• Experience with Litigation, Arbitration & Disputes
• Ability to work full-time
• Work can be performed remotely or in the company’s offices in Manhattan, but candidates must be licensed to practice in New York state
• Candidates will be employed through an Employer of Record (W-2) for the duration of the engagement

Compensation & Benefits

• $100 - $120 per hour
• W-2 employment through an Employer of Record for the duration of the engagement

• Remote work available; work may also be performed in Manhattan (remote or in-office), with New York state licensure required.
