Overview

A legal team in Las Vegas is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Litigation Attorney with a strong background in personal injury law. The role focuses on representing clients in cases such as motor vehicle accidents, slip and falls, medical malpractice, and product liability. The attorney will advocate for clients to achieve favorable settlements or verdicts, conduct thorough investigations, draft legal documents, and negotiate with insurance companies and opposing counsel. Providing empathetic support and expert legal guidance throughout the litigation process is essential.

Responsibilities

• Represent clients in personal injury cases including motor vehicle accidents, slip and falls, medical malpractice, and product liability
• Advocate for clients to obtain favorable settlements or verdicts
• Conduct thorough investigations related to cases
• Draft legal documents and pleadings
• Negotiate with insurance companies and opposing counsel
• Provide compassionate support and legal guidance to clients throughout litigation

Requirements

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
• Active bar admission in Nevada
• Minimum of 1 year of experience handling personal injury cases
• Strong knowledge of personal injury law and litigation processes
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage a diverse caseload effectively
• Compassionate approach to client representation
