Litigation Attorney

Overview

This role is for a Litigation Attorney to join a California toxic tort team focused on asbestos and talc cases. The position involves managing cases throughout all phases of litigation, including preparation for trial. Strong oral and written advocacy skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Manage cases from inception through completion
• Handle all phases of litigation, including trial preparation
• Provide excellent oral and written advocacy

Requirements

• 7–10 years of defense litigation experience
• Hands-on experience taking a case file from inception through completion
• Trial experience
• Must be admitted to practice in California (California admission required)

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of products liability, toxic tort, and/or general liability law
