Mid-Level Trademark & Copyright Associate (CA / CO / DC / GA / NC / NY)

Overview

A law firm is seeking an associate attorney with over 5 years of significant brand management experience. The role focuses on conducting and managing high-volume, multi-jurisdictional trademark clearance, developing global trademark filing and enforcement programs, and managing large global trademark portfolios. Experience with TTAB proceedings is advantageous but not required.

Responsibilities

• Manage trademark clearance processes across multiple jurisdictions
• Develop and implement global trademark filing and enforcement strategies
• Oversee large global trademark portfolios
• Handle trademark-related legal matters for prominent clients

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of relevant brand management experience
• Strong academic credentials
• Excellent legal writing and critical thinking skills
• Highly organized, self-motivated, and detail-oriented

Compensation & Benefits

• Expected salary range: $280,000 to $350,000
